In compliance with the Government issued curfew order across the Territory, the staff of Financial Services Commission will continue to work remotely at this time. There are a few services including special certificates and certifications which will not be available by the Registry, also the physical certificates and search requests for files that are not yet digitized will not be available in the course of curfew.
Meanwhile our physical office in the B.V.I. will remain closed and our staff in the B.V.I. will continue to work at home during this time. If our clients have any further questions or any concerns about the status and delivery of the orders, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be trying our best in collaboration with our B.V.I. team to ensure that services to our clients are not disrupted.
