John is a senior legal, compliance and insolvency professional with over 25 years extensive experience in the City of London, the Caribbean and Channel Islands specialising as a corporate, banking, private wealth, trusts, insolvency and financial services lawyer.
John is admitted to practise in British Virgin Islands, England and Wales, Ireland, Bermuda and Anguilla. He lives in both British Virgin Islands and Jersey.
Chris is an English solicitor with over 30 years post qualification experience, a vast majority of which was gained in the offshore industry. After first qualifying as a solicitor in the City of London, Chris moved to the Caribbean in 1989 working in private practice and specialising as a corporate, banking, investment funds and private client lawyer.
Chris became a partner of the BVI law firm ‘Smith-Hughes, Raworth and Mckenzie’ in 1993 and managing / senior partner of the firm in 1997 until 2004, when the firm merged with Maples and Calder.
